InspecFire UK are an independent fire consultancy based in Hampshire in the South of England, offering advice on best practice in all fire safety matters.

The principal consultant is Graham Reeve. Recently retired from Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service following 30 years service, Graham held a senior fire safety management position in the role of Group Manager. This involved responsibility for all legislative fire safety enforcement throughout Southampton, Eastleigh and the New Forest.

18 years served within fire safety have provided extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of enforcement and application of fire regulations.

For two years before leaving Graham was a member of the HFRS Technical Fire Safety Policy Group, responsible for developing service policy in respect of all legislative and other statutory fire safety duties.

Consequently this resulted in extensive involvement in the implementation of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, within Hampshire.

Graham was also responsible for developing and instigating the HFRS strategy for the reduction of unwanted signals from automatic fire alarm systems and is therefore well placed to offer guidance and support on this high profile national issue.

Since founding InspecFire UK in January 2007, Graham has been accepted onto the Institution of Fire Engineers register of assessors as a 'Life Safety' assessor. This is an independent register of fire risk assessors whose experience, products and service have been professionally judged as providing high quality fire safety advice and guidance.
